Payment information:

Payment card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe. We never see, store, or have access to your full card number. We receive only a confirmation of payment and your Stripe customer ID.

• To generate your AI content pack based on the business details you provide
• To process payments and manage your subscription
• To communicate with you about your account or support requests
• To improve our Service and develop new features
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your information for advertising or marketing to unrelated products.

4. Third-Party Services

We share limited information with the following providers to operate the Service:

• Stripe — processes payments. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• OpenAI — generates content based on the business details you provide. Business information submitted during onboarding is sent to OpenAI's API to produce your deliverables. Subject to OpenAI's Privacy Policy.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information and generated content for as long as your subscription is active. After cancellation, we may retain your data for up to 12 months for administrative purposes, after which it will be deleted.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@rankr.ai.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure server infrastructure, and restricted access to personal data. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We use essential cookies required for the Service to function (session management, authentication). We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.
