1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using rankr.ai ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "you") and Rank AI ("we", "us", "our").

2. Service Description

Rank AI provides an AI-generated content pack designed to improve your website's visibility to AI systems. The pack includes an AI Answer Page, Schema Pack (JSON-LD), llms.txt file, citation snippets, an AI visibility audit, and an implementation checklist.

All deliverables are generated using artificial intelligence and are provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and implementing the generated content on your website.

3. Pricing and Payment

The Service is offered as an annual subscription at $39.00 USD per year. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on an annual recurring basis until you cancel.

4. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits for any reason.

Because the Service delivers AI-generated digital content immediately upon payment, the deliverables cannot be "returned." By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund.

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for unused time.

5. Subscription and Cancellation

Your subscription renews automatically each year. You may cancel at any time through your Stripe billing portal or by contacting us at support@rankr.ai. Cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Resell, redistribute, or white-label generated content as a competing service
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse our systems
  • Submit false or misleading business information
  • Use the generated content to misrepresent your business

7. Intellectual Property

Upon payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the generated content for your business. You own the right to publish, modify, and distribute the content on your own website(s). We retain no ownership claim over content generated specifically for your business.

The Rank AI brand, logo, website design, and underlying technology remain our exclusive intellectual property.

8. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee any specific ranking, visibility, traffic, or mention in AI systems. AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, etc.) operate independently and we have no control over their algorithms or content selection.

The Service improves your site's machine-readability, citability, and structured data — factors that may influence AI visibility. Results vary and are not guaranteed.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rank AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service uses third-party providers including Stripe (payments) and OpenAI (content generation). Your use of the Service is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the email associated with your account. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
